The Gatehouse Whitby comfortably sleeps 4 people and would suit couples or a family. The cottage is newly built and is fitted with all the modern touches you would expect such as central heating with HIVE control point and some you may not expect such as specific USB charger points at plug points.
The Gatehouse property has an open plan living/dining/Kitchen area fitted with top of the range appliances and marble work surface, Microwave, kettle toaster and Nespresso coffee machine and is stocked throughout with high quality cooking equipment, glass and tableware. The living room has a games console, smart TV and gas fired stove.
The ground floor double bedroom has a smart TV and hairdryer along with luxury bedding, carpet and furniture. The bed size is Superking which can be split into two full size single beds if required.
There is a downstairs W/C adjacent to the ground floor bedroom.
The upper floor has a large landing area with desk and a bookcase fully stocked with board games and reading books.
The upper floor double bedroom has a double bed, smart TV and hairdryer along with luxury bedding, carpet and furniture.
The main bathroom with its stunning design is situated on the upper floor and features a roll top bath with shower, wall hung toilet and wall hung basin unit. There is also a heated towel rail.
There is free parking outside the property in private grounds and an outdoor teak root table and stool set for 4 people within the garden area for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
